Ceremonial cacao: more than just chocolate 🍫
Ceremonial cacao is not your everyday cocoa. It’s made from specially fermented, often minimally roasted or raw cacao beans — crafted to retain deep energetics. Only a small fraction of cacao qualifies as “ceremonial” (some sources estimate ~3%) because of its method, intention, and purity.
✨ What sets it apart:
✔️It’s often consumed in ritual — with intention, meditation, and presence
✔️Has heart-opening & meditative qualities

I just got back from for a Women’s Business & Mindset Retreat in Lisbon 🌸 — and it stretched me in the best ways.
💛 I was reminded that support and connection are everything. We’re not meant to do this alone.
🌑 I discovered that it’s okay to meet your shadows — in fact, it’s where real growth begins.
🌸 And I experienced the power of a safe, non-judgmental circle of women, lifting each other with no hidden agenda.
Yes, it was exhausting at times — but in that satisfying way when you know you’ve been expanded beyond your comfort zone.

If you’re like many gardeners (or friends of gardeners), summer squash is everywhere right now — and this oven-baked zucchini is one of my favourite no-fuss ways to enjoy it.
✨ Here’s how I make it:
1. Slice zucchini and sprinkle lightly with salt
2. Let sit to release moisture
3. Pat dry with kitchen paper (if necessary)
4. Season with your favourite herbs/spices and a splash of balsamic vinegar
5. Bake at 180–200°C for ~35 min or until done
I used oregano, thyme, rosemary, and sage — but feel free to play around with what you have 🌿
These roasted zucchini slices are tender, flavourful, and so versatile — perfect as a side, salad topping, or part of a nourishing bowl.
