Reality:โจ๐ฑRegular consumption of fermented soy foods may reduce all-cause mortality risk.
๐ฑReduces menopause symptoms.โจ๐ฑIs protective against metabolic syndrome.โจ๐ฑSoy isoflavones could help prevent osteoporosis. โจ๐ฑWomen with a high intake of soy (in the form of miso soup) reduced their risk of breast cancer by 54% compared to women with a low intake of soy.โจ๐ฑNumerous studies have shown that thereโs no rise in estrogen levels among men, nor is there an effect on testosterone levels. โจ๐ฑApproximately 3/4 of the worldโs soy harvest is used as livestock feed.
