Your breakfast doesn’t just feed your body — it shapes your nervous system, hormones, cravings, and energy for the rest of the day.

A balanced morning meal stabilizes your blood sugar so you can feel grounded, focused, and calm throughout the day.
But most common breakfasts (even “healthy” ones) create a quick spike… followed by a crash that shows up as:
– fatigue
– irritability
– anxiety
– cravings
– brain fog

So today I wanted to share a simple breakdown of what actually makes a breakfast balanced — and why your first meal matters more than most people think.

If you want step-by-step guidance, I’ve unlocked one of my most practical video lessons from the Nourishment Journey:

✨ The Breakfast Module ✨
Inside, we exploreGI/GL, porridges, Buddha bowls, tofu scramble, puddings, pancakes, easy prep tips — and how to build a morning rhythm that truly supports your blood sugar and energy.

You can watch it for free! Simply comment below ⤵️ “breakfast video” and I’ll send you the link 🔗

Save this post if you want breakfast ideas or are ready to feel more stable throughout the day. 🌿✨

And follow me for more guidance and support!

Sending you lots of light and love 🌞💚

Human energy supply is simple:
We are fueled 100% by sunlight.
☀️ 2/3 from full-spectrum sunlight
🥗 1/3 from food built by sunlight

When our connection to both breaks, health starts to crumble.

This is why honoring your circadian rhythm is so powerful.

Alison Monette, ND observed something fascinating in her practice:
Many patients didn’t improve simply from “doing everything right” — movement, supplements, food, sleep…
Even when done perfectly.

🕒 Then she introduced timing.
Living closer to the natural rhythms of light and dark.
Connecting to nature.
Getting sunlight at the right times.

🤩 Suddenly things shifted.
People who had been stuck for years began healing.
Symptoms eased.
Energy returned.
Women struggling with perimenopause and menopause experienced massive relief.

And here’s what she found:
Every woman who didn’t suffer unnecessarily…
…was living in harmony with her circadian rhythm.

You can begin today:
🌅 Watch the sunrise & sunset whenever you can
👀 Get unfiltered morning light into your eyes (no windows, glasses, sunglasses, or contacts)
🍽 Eat most of your food when the sun is up
🌳 Go outside — even for a few minutes

Sunlight gives us two-thirds of our energy… but the remaining one-third still matters deeply.
That part comes from food — real, whole, plant-based meals that nourish your blood sugar, digestion, energy, and hormones.

If you want help with that part, I’ve opened access to one of the most practical lessons from my Nourishment Journey:
✨ The Breakfast Inspiration Video

It’s gentle, simple, and designed to support your everyday rhythm.

🌿 Savoury Millet–Quinoa Muffins (No flour, no oil — just whole grains!)

If you’ve never baked muffins from whole soaked grains, this is your sign.
These savoury muffins are made with millet, quinoa, almond milk, basil, chia, ACV + baking soda… simple, grounding, and incredibly nourishing.

They’re naturally gluten-free, high in fibre, and perfect for meal prep.
Enjoy them with:
✨ hummus
✨ tofu or tempeh
✨ a bean dip
✨ or even as a sweet bite with nut butter + dates or homemade jam

They store beautifully — and make busy days so much easier.

If you’d like the full recipe + my little tips for getting the texture just right…

Hummus, but make it pink — and protein-packed 💗

This beetroot hummus is creamy, earthy, and full of flavour — made with chickpeas, beans, tahini, nutritional yeast, garlic, tamari, roasted beetroot, and a little surprise ingredient: tofu! 🌱

It gives the hummus extra creaminess and a plant-protein boost — perfect for busy days or meal prep.
I made this one completely without a recipe — adjusting as I went, because intuitive cooking is where the best flavours are born. ✨

But if you’d rather take the guesswork out, I’ve got you!
💬 Comment “HUMMUS” and I’ll send you 5 ready-made hummus recipes plus a short creative guide packed with tips to help you make every version your own.

Each one is oil-free, nourishing, and perfect for mindful, everyday cooking. 🌿

The 15th Tallinn Vegan Fair did not disappoint! 🌱💚

So many delicious discoveries — from no-oil cashew cheeses and chia-based caviar to herbal tonics, ginger shots, and even potato cake (yes, really!).

It’s amazing to see how much creativity and care goes into plant-based innovation these days — every year, it gets better.

And the best part? Meeting the fair’s mascot — a whale named Nele 🐋💫

We clearly share more than just a name — kindness and compassion for all beings.

Feeling inspired, nourished, and proud of how far the vegan community in Estonia has come. 💛

Sending you lots of light and love 🌞💚

Ceremonial cacao: more than just chocolate 🍫

Ceremonial cacao is not your everyday cocoa. It’s made from specially fermented, often minimally roasted or raw cacao beans — crafted to retain deep energetics. Only a small fraction of cacao qualifies as “ceremonial” (some sources estimate ~3%) because of its method, intention, and purity.

✨ What sets it apart:
✔️It’s often consumed in ritual — with intention, meditation, and presence
✔️Has heart-opening & meditative qualities
✔️Rich in antioxidants, magnesium, and mood-supporting compounds
✔️May help regulate blood pressure and support energetic balance

⚠️ Be cautious if you:
✔️Are sensitive to stimulants or caffeine
✔️Have anxiety, migraines, or certain cardiac conditions
✔️Are pregnant or have pregnancy-sensitive health concerns

Raw vs Roasted
Some cacao pastes are raw (never roasted), so they require very gentle heating (below ~45 °C) to preserve nutrients and energetics. Others are lightly roasted for flavor and can handle up to ~80 °C without harm. Always check the label and adjust accordingly.

💫 Drinking ceremonially is not about getting “a high” — it’s about opening your heart, connecting more deeply, and setting sacred space.

If you’d like to explore cacao in community or host your own ceremony (solo or shared), check out @kundalini.kakao — they offer beautiful cacao experiences aligned with intention and healing as well as intentionally sourced cacao paste. Use code NELE11 for 11% off!

Sending you lots of light and love 🌞💚

Ceremonial cacao: more than just chocolate 🍫 Ceremonial cacao is not your everyday cocoa. It’s made from specially fermented, often minimally roasted or raw cacao beans — crafted to retain deep energetics. Only a small fraction of cacao qualifies as “ceremonial” (some sources estimate ~3%) because of its method, intention, and purity. ✨ What sets it apart: ✔️It’s often consumed in ritual — with intention, meditation, and presence ✔️Has heart-opening & meditative qualities ✔️Rich in antioxidants, magnesium, and mood-supporting compounds ✔️May help regulate blood pressure and support energetic balance ⚠️ Be cautious if you: ✔️Are sensitive to stimulants or caffeine ✔️Have anxiety, migraines, or certain cardiac conditions ✔️Are pregnant or have pregnancy-sensitive health concerns Raw vs Roasted Some cacao pastes are raw (never roasted), so they require very gentle heating (below ~45 °C) to preserve nutrients and energetics.

✔️Are pregnant or have pregnancy-sensitive health concerns

Raw vs Roasted

You can watch it for free! Simple comment below ⤵️ “breakfast video” and I’ll send you the link 🔗
